Returns and Policies

It is your responsibility to order the right amount of posts and fence panels.

We do not ship on weekends or National Holidays.
All material shipped UPS ground 3-4 day unless otherwise specified.
Some larger orders may be shipped on semi truck and trailer .

You Need to help unload if it is shipped on a semi.

You need to inspect each box or bag for damage at time of delivery
Have the delivery driver make a note on their paperwork
It is common for a box or bag to be torn. LOOK inside at the product
Make sure the product is not damaged
Make sure you have the right amount of materials boxes.
All returns must be Called in within 2 working days of receiving your order and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied. (Shipping is non-refundable).
You are responsible for the shipping on a returned product
Specialty orders are non-returnable...
Vinyl Fence and special quoted heights on fence are non returnable

In the event your product arrives with visible damage, document damage with delivering carrier. Damaged or shortage of materials must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of order. No damage claims will be allowed 7 days after receipt of order.
